Welcome to The Party Planner.in ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, website, and any related offerings.

By using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
   
• A non-refundable advance (minimum 50%) is required to confirm any event.
   
• Full payment must be cleared at least 3 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Delays in payment may result in cancellation without notice, and no refunds will be issued.
   

• Prices are subject to change at our discretion based on market conditions, customization, or special requests.
   
• Quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
   
• The Company is not liable for price variations due to errors or external vendor changes.
   

• All cancellations must be made in writing.
   
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled event.
   
• In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, government restrictions), we may postpone the service or offer partial refunds, at our discretion.
   
• Refunds, if any, will be processed within 30 working days after approval.
   

• We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to themes, decor elements, or vendors based on availability and suitability.
   
• Last-minute requests or changes are subject to additional charges and feasibility.
   
• We are not obligated to provide services beyond what is included in the confirmed proposal.
   

• Clients must provide accurate information regarding the venue, preferences, budget, and event requirements.
   
• The Company will not be responsible for delays or issues arising from incomplete or incorrect client inputs.
   
• The client is responsible for obtaining necessary venue permissions, licenses, and clearances, unless explicitly included in our service.
   

• All images, designs, templates, and branding on our website or created for events remain the intellectual property of The Party Planner.in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Clients are not allowed to reproduce, reuse, or distribute content without prior written permission.
   

• We reserve the right to use photographs and videos from your event for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolios), unless explicitly denied in writing before the event.
   

• The Company is not responsible for:
   
  • Delays or non-performance caused by external vendors or third-party providers
     
  • Accidents, damages, or losses during the event
     
  • Venue-related issues (e.g., electricity, access, rules)
     
  • Client dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations
     
• Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for that particular event.
   

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Party Planner.in, its team, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of our services.

• Any disputes arising will be first attempted to be resolved amicably.
   
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR, India.
   

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
